Attended my first Yelp event in Los Angeles, that too as an Elite member, which is to say I have been writing reviews on Yelp for at least the past 5 years now. I began during my time in Atlanta, as an outlet to meet people who enjoyed the same things I did - visiting new places, meeting new people, having new experiences and all brought together by enjoying new culinary delights. I've made many good friends at these events and found some interesting places to visit as well. I certainly made a few new friends at this event as well as found a new place to try with family and colleagues. Add to that it was my first solo trip on the Metro Red Line from home to an event so I see this as progress! The Artisan House folks pulled out all the stops on this one and made it an evening to remember. the cozy table arrangement was only the beginning. What followed is more or less somewhat displayed in these images below, although there is a good chance some of the menu items served were immediately consumed without a chance for a photo-opp. Overall, a great experience. The food and service were impeccable. If you happen to be in the area, do check it out. Their tagline - Break bread, share wine, Feed the soul. Sold!
