Set on motor-vehicle-free Little Corn Island on the Caribbean side of Nicaragua, Yemaya Island Hideaway and Spa offers a spa, yoga and beachfront water sports. The restaurant and beach bar offer changing menus based on organic ingredients from the resort’s own garden along with fresh meats and seafood. The resort produces 50% of its own energy too.
