Hope you are healthy and staying safe during this time. Many of us are pretty much at home full-time at this point and truly making the most of the pantry staples lying around. I’ve been a fan of Starkist tuna since forever now. My go-to recipe is to make a tuna sandwich for a quick weekday lunch between work calls and when I have the time I like to indulge with tuna and potato fishcakes, or even a quick tuna onion stir fry with seasoning to savor over a bed of rice and lentils. Will share recipes for those later but if you have some StarKist tuna as a pantry staple then these quick and easy healthy recipes are great to try.
