Bright Cellars
The data-driven wine subscription experience that helps you discover rare wines from all over the world, based on your personal tastes and preference. But how, you ask? Bright Cellars was created by two MIT grads with a serious passion for wine. They created the “Bright Points” algorithm which scores each wine by comparing 18 attributes to your preferences, matching you with your monthly experience based off of their intricately intuitive palate quiz. Take the quiz, let the MIT vino-loving brainiacs do their thing, and voilà, you’re presented with wines that you will love! Enjoy 4-6 new wines curated just for you every month, that is the Bright Cellars experience. The team focuses on finding unique, hidden gems from small vineyards from all over the world, including Italy, Spain, Portugal, and South America.

Haykin Family Cider
Forget everything you know about cider with the small-batch, award-winning cider from Haykin Family Cider. With tiny bubbles, they produce a sparkling wine-like cider in a variety of sweetness levels. Elevating the apple like wineries treat grapes, they highlight the flavor and complexity of interesting and unique apples. Each of their apple varieties are grown on family farms in the US and are hand-picked by the cider maker, Daniel Haykin. No additives and no artificial ingredients, just apples and yeast.

It really helped when you said that it is the perfect time to stock our bar since the holiday season is coming. My husband and I want to improve our property before the holiday season. With this, we will look for bar stools on Monday that we can use for our minibar at home.
